Our second online meeting brought all project partners together to review the progress of Work Packages (WPs) and the status of related deliverables.
Key topics discussed included:
WP Progress Updates: Each partner shared the current status of their tasks, challenges faced, and upcoming milestones.
Deliverables Tracking: We reviewed timelines and responsibilities for key outputs, ensuring all partners are aligned and on schedule.
Coordination & Communication: Emphasis was placed on strengthening collaboration, with a reminder of reporting deadlines and shared tools.
Sustainability & Inclusion Focus: Partners exchanged ideas to further embed environmental and inclusive practices across all activities.
Preparations for Upcoming Activities: Plans for the summer camps and inclusive sports events were refined.
The meeting reaffirmed the commitment of all partners to maintain high-quality implementation and impact across all project areas.
