Together, they planted trees and learned about the importance of protecting natural ecosystems.<\/p><p data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"1116\">But this event was about much more than trees. It was a chance to introduce the goals of the YPB initiative: empowering youth, fostering social inclusion, and creating healthier, more sustainable public spaces. \ud83c\udf31<\/p><p data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1140\"><strong data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1138\">Why it mattered:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1464\"><li data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1217\"><p data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1217\">\ud83c\udf0d It highlighted how <strong data-start=\"1165\" data-end=\"1214\">small, local actions can make a global impact<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1315\"><p data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1315\">\ud83e\uddd1\u200d\ud83e\udd1d\u200d\ud83e\uddd1 It gave <strong data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1271\">students a hands-on experience<\/strong> with sustainability and civic engagement.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1316\" data-end=\"1464\"><p data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1464\">\ud83e\udd1d It built <strong data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1413\">stronger connections between schools, institutions, and the natural environment<\/strong>, laying the foundation for future collaboration.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1637\">By planting together, the community of Pula showed its commitment to shaping spaces that are not only greener but also <strong data-start=\"1585\" data-end=\"1634\">more inclusive, educational, and youth-driven<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1639\" data-end=\"1865\">This event marks an exciting first step in bringing YPB interventions to life at the Elementary School \u2014 where youth will continue to play a central role in designing and improving spaces that reflect their dreams and needs.<\/p><p data-start=\"1867\" data-end=\"1994\">\u2728 Thank you to everyone who took part.
